Thirteen years after the world's collapse, humanity no longer fears death. What they fear is "seeing it." Ruins of cities are swallowed by an endless gray fog, countless animals mutate, and rumors circulate that deep within the fog slumbers an incomprehensible being—a colossus. No one knows where it came from, only that all who have gazed upon it will eventually go mad. A boy wearing a bizarre bone crown mask, accompanied by a wounded war dog, traverses the dead city, searching for uninfected life. But the closer they get to the colossus, the more they realize: the true monster is not merely the sky-covering beast. Behemoth is a dark epic blending post-apocalyptic wasteland, psychological thriller, and Cthulhu-esque colossal fear. When insignificant humanity stands before an incomprehensible being, the only proof of "living" is companionship.
